At Punekar Cotton, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Items

  Carefully pack the cotton garments in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the invoice is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the return package; please ensure you obtain a pickup receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
